Gentry Remodeling is currently working in Weston doing a large interior/exterior project for a homeowner. This particular project is a great example of Gentry's capabilities because of its complexity, breadth and the natural evolution of changes that took place throughout the initial stages of development.

It began as a relatively simple project; execute existing plans created by the homeowner's architect for a whole new exterior, including a formal entry and façade. Additionally, the project included a new mudroom expansion of a laundry facility, powder room and custom made locker area for shoes and sports equipment. Right away, the homeowner began adding upgrades to the interior features and an interior decorator was brought in to assist with the selection of mudroom materials. Jon was able to manage the budgeting and construction kick-off stage of this project, while still collaborating with the architect, designers, and homeowners to bring all the creativity and enthusiasm into better focus for everyone.

Before long, the project expanded into a new formal staircase, new upstairs baths, and a third floor office space. In these new areas of expansion, Jon is functioning as a true Design/Build company by providing the plans, vision, and project management for the entire project. In this case, multiple crafts people and a wide range of talents are all operating successfully under Jon's supervision. Clearly, the homeowner's trust is in Gentry Remodeling has been made evident by the ever-growing scope of the project.
